Pedal turned out wonderful. I did build it from an enclosure that got returned to me, so I had to scrap some sticky Velcro residue off the bottom.
The 1978R is the Rat clone I’ve heard said is the Rat they finally bonded with!
What makes this pedal unique besides being a hand made, hand crafted and hand soldered unit, is the following…
- EQ’ed out a small amount of high frequencies I thought were noisy!
- Custom chosen potentiometer types to access custom ranges!
- Toggle switch takes you from standard clipping to turbo!
